Projects

Many years of experience in the implementation of various types of projects related to electronics and connectivity allows us to comprehensively implement projects of devices and systems using analog, digital and automation technology. We have expert knowledge in the field of microwave and antenna technology. we cooperate in the design of devices b.w.cz, including antennas, with companies that do not have this type of competence and experience. The scope of services provided depends on the client's needs. This may include identification of errors in an already completed tile, substantive support for the entire project or its elements, consultations, expert opinions, implementation of the entire project or its part within the scope defined by the ordering party.

Below are our projects:

Antenna:

  • A family of 4.9-6.XGHz sector dual-polarization antennas made on Teflon laminate with reduced levels of reverse radiation and low insertion losses.
  • communication antennas – LTE, UMTS, GSM, for mobile devices
  • industrial antennas – RFID, ISM, 868MHz, 433MHz, also integrated with customer circuits on PCB
  • radiators on Teflon laminate with extended operating band, which are the basis of omnidirectional antennas and sector antennas with vertical polarization operating in the 5.4-5.8GHz band
  • a set of base and client antennas for the 5.4-5.8 GHz band made in the technology of a microstrip suspended line based on FR4 laminate
  • a set of base and client antennas for the 5.8-6.1 GHz band made in the technology of a microstrip suspended line based on FR4 laminate
  • two-polarization reflector antenna with a wide operating band of 4.9-6.1 GHz and increased isolation between individual channels of more than 50 dB in the operating band.
  • two-polarization reflector antenna with a wide operating band of 5.4-6.45 GHz and increased isolation between individual channels of more than 50 dB in the operating band.
  • UWB spiral antennas
  • GPS antenna layout
  • Antenna MIMO panel with a gain of 15 dB bipolarization at 5.XGHz.
  • Sector antenna with V 120 deg polarization at 5.XGHz
  • omnidirectional antenna with horizontal polarization for the 5.4-5.8 GHz band made on a rectangular waveguide with a reduced level of side leaflets thanks to the use of appropriate gap distribution (level of side leaflets <-18 dB)
  • MIMO antenna – 16 dB gain panel operating in the 3.4-3.8GHz band
  • Single-polarization antenna – 18 dB gain panel (3.3-3.8GHz)
  • Family of Sector Antennas at 3.3-3.8 GHz (sectors with H/V/45deg polarization and beam width of 90/120 deg)
  • Bipolar reflector antenna for MIMO applications
  • Antennas for special purpose and dedicated to defined client devices / enclosures.
  • Dual-band omnidirectional antenna for 2.4 and 5.X GHz vehicles

Other than antennas of devices designed/implemented by RFLINE include:

  • Reflectometric and transmission measuring systems dedicated to various applications using microwave integrated circuits (microwave, antenna and digital technology)
  • stationary scanner for measuring the radiation characteristics of antennas (microwave and antenna technology, automation, software and algorithms, construction) – Project implemented at PG as part of the Lider II program
  • design of 3 x (1 x 5) high power broadband switch (microwave and automation technology)
  • design and implementation of a 1 x 16 microwave switch system for the 2.4 GHz band
